Hague Talks: Turning anger into creativity

In 2022, I was invited by Cartoon Movement, an organization I’m proud to be part of, to speak at The Hague Talks in The Hague, Netherlands. My talk, titled "Turning Anger into Creativity", was part of Justice Week — a space dedicated to reflecting on human rights, peace, and global justice. I shared my experience as a cartoonist working in politically complex environments, and how creativity can turn anger into a powerful tool for social change. During my visit, I was also invited to the Peace Palace and the International Criminal Court, where I learned more about the work being done to uphold justice and human rights on a global scale.
